It’s again pretty simple. If you follow these steps you will be able to resolve this issue.

1. Login into your account
2. Based on your role statues you will be taken to the front-end or back-end.
3. If you are on the front-end, hover over “login” and select “members directory”. If you are in the back-end select “users” from the left hand menu panel.
4. Front-end: Find your profile listing, click “View Profile“, and “Edit Profile” under the top image. From there click “Upload Profile Image” or press “Remove” then “Upload Profile Image“. Back-end: Select “Your profile” and then scroll down and find the section that says, “Change Profile Image“. Make the necessary changes and update.

All done, you should have a new profile image!!
