Had the most pleasurable honour in being able to interview World renowned graphic designer, Mirko Ilić. The nearly one hour interview covered aspects of his life, work, and some of the principles of Artistic License, such as infringements and copyright. Found Mirko to be a very pleasant and funny man. So, in it’s entirety here is the conversation we had for Artistic License. Something that was forgot to be asked was about his logo. Mirko later told us “The Ć in my last name, broken copyright symbol, and an apple for New York”.
