Craigslist is a portal for registering items for sale, a little like a newspaper classifications section. As it’s open to sellers to create accounts and sell anything they want, there is a good chance that someone will add an item that is illegal, counterfeit or infringing on your rights. Their takedown page is a simple notification of their seriousness to the problem and a set of contact details that can be used to send in an official DMCA complaint.
